not really dead its still used also controlling words for no reason is kinda weird vocabulary is a good thing tho i dont really see anything about the game as cringe the idea is awsome and its surprising we dont see many horror games that use realistic still off putting tho images
can somebody explain how can i open the game, please? it got downloaded as a 7-zip archive and when i click the "extract here" option it just opens all the archives that are part of the game. please help and thanks.
I love how this game is similar to Molly's Tiktoks & that the viewer now has the ability to choose which route we want to take. The game was very interesting & engaging & I hope to see more like it :)
I enjoyed the interface and the tone, making you basically not know what you did wrong -- the game makes a good job of conveying helplessness. However, I do wish there was a bigger element of trust-building even in this demo. Molly's TikToks are very good at this: the setup often invites you with a much less conspicuous excuse and doesn't jump the gun. Here, though, I did feel I wasn't really drawn in. Rather, I was put in a horrible situation without much of a choice. There wasn't that "silly cardinal sin" that makes Molly's stories shine. Looking forward to the full game!
To be honest, Molly's pace kinda disturbed me. But i also like how she becomes scary in a unique way! I'm very impressed by how weird and horrible that game is.. I guess I'll try to finish it once I become brave enough to play it. I've never imagined the time when A GAME scares the hell out of me so much that I got temporarily paralyzed from how terrifying the jumpscare was (Molly's face) lolololololol
If this is the kind of 'OnlyFans' (which I believe is code for p*rn) you're into, what the actual hell dude!? Creepy girl with a face straight out of a horror movie. Yeah, that makes most guys hard.
Leaving a mini-review in the hopes that something productive might come out of the sea of shit that this comments section has already become.
This game was my first encounter with Molly Moonn's content, but I was really excited about its aesthetic sensibilities regardless. The bit-crushed audio and minimalistic style of "animation" work very well to push the entire experience firmly into the uncanny valley, which is great for a horror game. The point-and-click style and the clunky UI also lend themselves very well to a sense of panic as you're being chased throughout the house, even if there's no real timer counting down to your death.
There are a lot of points where this clunkiness is definitely pushed too far, though. It's very hard to read most of the text even on a monitor with a decent resolution, and this is compounded a lot by the awkward vertical aspect ratio. The full game should definitely be allowed to move away from its TikTok roots and embrace being on the computer just a little bit more. At the very least, choose a thicker font.
The monster, if she can be called that, also really piqued my interest. The "seductress" who lures men in for some horrible ritual is sort of a common trope, but it hasn't really been explored in this exact form. The few screenshots I saw also looked really unnerving in a way that I was excited to see.
Sadly, again, I'm anxious that the developers of this game don't really know how to best utilize this idea. There is very little buildup or context for the demonic ritual going on in the basement before the monster reveals itself. To make matters worse, the protagonist seems far too eager to play along. Players are not allowed to sit with the discomfort that the game's presentation is completely steeped in for even a moment before being force-fed a (fairly bland) jumpscare animation. And they are fed this exact animation a lot. Even for as short as the demo is, its deaths manage to get repetitive.
The mystery of why the protagonist's brother went missing is really intriguing, largely because it lends itself naturally to a slow buildup. I really think the developers of this game should allow more room for a slow unveiling of details and a gradual rise in the uneasiness that surrounds the whole thing.
Overall, a lot of potential, but please make sure you know what you're doing for a long-form project.
God this shit was just mean-spirited. The hell was the point of linking to a video where you just repeatedly call a woman working on the game ugly? You're a grown-ass man
I can still fix her! I think lol. But for a demo, it was really good and genuinely enjoyed every bit of it. I'm curious on how her actions tie into the story of the brother missing. Curious on what happen to him
I'm sorry but this is one of the most "nothing" games I've ever seen in my entire life. I had no clue what this was even meant to be at first but researching Molly made me understand your intentions. Part of me wants to call her content tiktok slop but I'll just say they're not for me, but surely even the biggest fan would have to admit what works in a minute long video does not work for a CYOA game with (basically) no choices to make.
I guess the nonsensical choices are meant to be part of the comedy but it just leaves the player not scared, not laughing not even unnerved.
I really hope this isn't meant to be a full on paid thing because if this follows Faith you're going to disappoint a lot of people.
It's a demo, they always change. Sometimes, the demo isn't even what the full game will be but instead just a concept. Come back when it is fully released.
(I'm sorry I had to) There must be someone you've confused me for! If I could see someone who knew me or someone in uniform! I go to church on Sunday! Truly, usually more! Screaming at the angels as they pushed him through the door.
Amazing game though! Can't wait to play the full version!
The visual elements and the atmosphere definitely stand out from the competition in a good way. However, the full game is going to have to be incredibly substantial. I understand the nod to the choose your own adventure style, but that genre has been beaten to death and twisted in every possible way, so I worry the game's aesthetic won't be enough to carry it.
Very promising demo, but you're going to have to absolutely NAIL the execution in the full release. You have a convincing, surreal fantasy world with no rules, so I hope you really lean into that instead of spending too much time trying to make it scary. Let the creative juices flow, give us something truly deranged and memorable. Good luck!

... It doesn't really.
My brother in christ, please do the people around you a favor and take your mind out of the gutter
How do you think that viewer base would translate? Genuinely, tell me.
Just feels like an only fans promotion, seems low effort and cringy even for a demo
This is so rude wtf
real
gamers will see an attractive woman starring in a game and immediately assume she's plugging for "her onlyfans" then wonder why they have no friends
In this case it's not an assumption, she is actually an OF girl.
Buddy I posted that nearly a year ago,. I think you need to go outside, talk to real women. Maybe start with your mom.
I can't get it to open using Mac OS. I have TheUnarchiver installed, but "Open with" is greyed out. I'd appreciate any help!!
I love Molly Moon
Molly's faces made me very uncomfortable. I liked the experience, it's a shame it's a demo. I hope they release the full game soon, great job
Scary game ->
Great Game with Cool GameDev. Hope i can play when it full release :D

A neat little take on TikTok horror - Would like to see more!
